Shipping policy

Processing Time 
Processing time is 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare an order to be shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Your order will often be processed quicker than 3-5 days, but please allow for the full 5 business days before reaching out with questions or concerns. If you are in a rush and hoping that an item will be processed quicker than 3-5 business days, please reach out to olimclayco@gmail.com with your deadline PRIOR to placing your order to see if it will be possible.

Shipping Time 
Shipping time begins once the item is dropped off at the post office and will vary dependent on USPS. Olim Clay Co. is not responsible for any extended shipping time or any lost or stolen items once the package has been dropped off at the post office. Please track your order using the tracking number provided and if you have a problem with your order, e-mail olimclayco@gmail.com.

Cost to Ship
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with a flat rate cost of $5.00 USD. You are welcome to upgrade to a faster shipping service at checkout for an additional fee. Any domestic orders of $50.00 USD or more receive free shipping, no code needed.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware of these additional costs that you may need to pay once the item arrives. Olim Clay Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
