Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that was sent in the original order.

To start a return, you can contact us at olimclayco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For all returns, please package the item in the original packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at olimclayco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable items
Custom products (special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges for items of equal value. For example, exchanging a ring for a smaller or larger size of the same style, or exchanging a pair of earrings for a different color of the same style. To begin an exchange, please contact us at olimclayco@gmail.com with your order number to discuss the next steps. For all exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Please package the item in the original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

If you would like to exchange your order for an item of a different value, we suggest first returning your original item (see process above) and then purchasing the other item as a separate order.
